Ruby Cloud was founded by Matt Olson, an accomplished web application architect and engineer. Matt has been working on web applications for twelve years, since his graduation from the U.C. Berkeley with degrees in Computer Science and Physics.

Having worked on numerous web, email, and desktop applications, from skunkworks to startups to corporate consulting, Matt has what it takes to sucessfully take a project from start to finish — from the initial concept, design and planning, through to its implementation, QA, security audit, operations, performance tuning, and scaling.

Matt is passionate about harnessing social media platforms to address the world's most pressing problem: the global climate crisis.
